first off friday was so chill. i loved it. went to the park at brea and may i say it was HUGE! Went with my 2 cousins and the nephew. he was so amused with everything.
SATURDAY- one of the best nights ever! I basically had tv night on friday. actually evern the day time was pretty good. out of nowhere lizzie mcguire places for 3 hours aon Disney channel, wow talk about the blast fro the past! but i was glad and didnt mind taking a stroll down memory lane. First off , I watch princess protection program on disney channel (yay selena and best friend demi!) and then right after on abc family was Another cinderella story (i love drew <3)! Can you believe it?! TWO Selena Gomez Movies! I really admire her as a person and a star. And then... drum roll please..... to make my night the best ever.... WIZARDS OF WAVERLY PLACE WON AN EMMY AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING CHILDRENS PROGRAM!!!!!! I seriously did not stop smiling! i was excited, happy for them and every good emotion you feel! They were up against two of the best tween/teen shows of the decade, icarly and disney's very own hannah montana. Wizards the underdog beat them! i wont deny i had my doubts. icarly made the internet the number one source for everything and hannah montana took us all to a surprise just like high school musical for rising ot success! wizards of waverly place truly made it and earned the top position this year. their second season truly improved and their hard work was recognized when they were also given an opportunity to make a tv movie for their show. so congrats to the actors and crew and writers of WOWP. they truly deserve it. it's people like selena that make me want to make something of myself whether it be famous or just simply successful in life. great saturday!
and then sunday... well it was a pretty chill sunday as a matter of fact. i liked it. ppp and acs replayed so that was cool and there was 4 back to back wowp on Dc so that was cool. but the controversy of the night as everyone knows by now is the vma drama. may i say kanye is a jerk. i know words wont do anyting but that was a dick move. he just moved up to number one on the douchbag list. he had no right to steal taylor swifts spotlight. Russell was right this is to celebrate "mutual love". i felt for taylor swift when that happened, i was angry, upset, sad, hopeful, every raging emotion out there. yes beyonce is an amazing singer but that doesnt mean she has to win every award. i am a fan of both taylor and beyonce, in fact i am a fan of every singer in that category. taylor winning was something great. she deserves it, they all deserve it but there can only be one winner. but the best of the best were nominated os just be glad you were nominated. my playlist is kanye free now. very terrible move dude. grow up. But may i say Taylor swift took that really well. i saw how shocked hse was but moments later she had the courage to perform her winning song. And may i say, as Taylor would put it, that is FEARLESS :) She truly is a strong person and a very knd hearted soul. And to end my night, one f or the books ms. beyonce did the kindest thing ever. the last award was video of the year and of course it goes to non other than beyonce. good job to her i do feel that she deserves video of the year. but upon recieving her award she does the most professional l and compassionate thing. I want to quote her "Wow, this is amazing. I remember being 17-years-old and up for my first MTV award with Destiny's Child. It was one of the most exciting moments in my life. So, I'd like for Taylor to come out and have her moment."-Beyonce. that was the most respectful thing ever and i admire and respect beyonce even more. to start and end the vmas rightfully with taylor swift made my night. Taylor finally had her chance to shine and beyonce proved to all of us that compassion is always a heartwarming gift to anyone. congrats to the two ladies. Both class A acts!
and then my sleep was good. but i woke up to the baby sitting on my face and his feet in my nose lol
so much has happend... wow i cant believe i never blogged about it. well i had a busy day yesterday and i just got home a few hours ago so i'll update y'all alittle later. night.
with school being over and the only thing i have to focus on is the summer session classes i would think i have a break.. but i guess not..
so much is going on.. i wouldnt know where to begin.. but i know where im headed.. and believe me, its not where i thought i'd go.. its not where i want to go..
i have alot of homework tonight but hopefully soon i can let this all out here.. i have loads to say..
